I received your letter on 31.08.2004 which included campaign and plus-guaranty informations. First of all, thank you for giving this kind of quality service. In addition to that, thank you for sending the service shop's telephone number in my region (although I have got the number) by mean of rescue to searching bother. Furthermore, the technician friends who came from related service shop (as after I have learned their names; Timuçin and Ýsmet) are so genial, cordial, and since they were doing their works very well, willy-nilly asking myself that "Are all of your employees like them?". I would like to thank you once again for giving such a good service with such a good people and on time. However, I would like to give a suggestion like that. Because I will not able to say it is a claim besides such a good service. I wonder, do you think a rebate for the persons who have been using this product for a definite time (because there wasn't a 3-year guaranty condition when we were buying it)? If you ask to me, it would be very good. Because when I bought (at 1999) your combi boiler has had a 1-year guaranty... I am only sending this form with your forgiven, please do not misunderstand... Besides giving esteem, self confidence and goodwill to consumers, I believe that you will carry on these services with increasingly; I wish you successes in your work.
