EMAR is a member of Elginkan Community which has been serving to the industry for 50 years, and has many firsts in various fields of business. The company considers the concept of "Quality" as the starting point for all of its activity.

First set up in 1974 to sell and market durable consumer goods, Emar has focused on service and training/education since 1986. Emar operates through in its headquarters in Istanbul , and 240 authorised services under 4 Area Offices. The company provides service for products manufactured/imported by the companies Valf, Valfsel, Serel, Emas, Odöksan, Elba , Elmor and Ar, as well as non-Community companies

In the scope of the training activities; EMAR organise trainings for our people, as well as dealers sales staff and installers, sales and marketing staff of sister marketing companies and authorised service staff in our Istanbul , Ankara , Manisa and Bolu training centres. According to protocols between EMAR and Ministry of National Education, we built plumbing and/or natural gas training classes in Universities, Technical Colleges and organise training activities in all regions of Turkey organise seminars for constructors , architects , engineers and installers . Beginning by year 2000 , we started to organise seminars on "Awareness Raising" topic in many provinces in co-ordination with the Customer Protection Agency of Ministry of Industry to increase recognition of consumer Low No: 4077 in society. 70.000 people have been trained in these activities by 2004 1 May.

Since EMAR has an open minded , proactive organisational structure; Our main objective is to give excellent After Sales Service via dealer, authorised services and trainings. We improve service quality according to customer expectations that measured with customer visits and surveys
