The aim of authorized service shop trainings is to teach working principles, parts, montage styles, malfunctions, solving methods for malfunctions, total quality system and human relations in order to provide 100% consumer satisfaction on first time.

Plumbing Courses:
The aim of plumbing courses is to grow up persons whose profession is installing plumbing, heating or gas systems with latest technology, in order to provide 100% consumer satisfaction on first time. This activity takes place within the protocol that is signed between Emar Inc. and Ministry of Education.

Heating/Building Products Seminars:
The aim of heating/building products seminars is to present our holdings companies products, to advertise our holding and to learn consumer ideas, requests on our products in order to produce products that provide 100% consumer satisfaction on first time.

Dealer/Installer Trainings:
The aim of dealer/installer trainings is to teach installation and montage rules for the products that our manufacturing companies produce, calculating heating/cooling capacities of the ambient in order to provide %100 consumer satisfaction on the first time.

Consumer Awareness Seminars:
Emar Inc. organizes consumer awareness seminars in order to tell consumers about 4077 numbered consumer rights law within the protocol that is signed with Ministry of Industry. In these seminars, consumer rigths booklets are given free of charge, important points for long useage life of products are told, as well as environment protection sense. Until now consumer awareness seminars are organized at Ýstanbul, Ankara, Manisa, Trabzon, Antalya, Gaziantep, Diyarbakir and Kayseri with a total participation of 2900 person. Besides this, Emar Inc. gives prizes under categories “Consumers who contribute to quality systems” and “Consumers who use his/her rights in best way”.
